Project Manager - ERP Implementation

As a Project Manager for ERP Implementation at Agkiya, your role will involve leading the implementation of ERPNext for various client projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the end-to-end implementation of ERPNext for multiple clients. - Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. - Conducting regular project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders. - Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensuring the quality and integrity of project deliverables. - Providing training and support to end-users for successful adoption of ERPNext. - Maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementation projects. - Strong knowledge of ERPNext or similar ERP systems. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in project management software tools.
