Project Manager- E-commerce

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web development and e-commerce projects. Your strong technical knowledge, proven project management experience, and excellent communication skills will be essential in efficiently managing teams and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of web development projects. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Create full-scale project plans, schedules, and communication documents. - Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and project dependencies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. - Track and report on project milestones and deliverables. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high service standards. - Facilitate post-project evaluations and continuous improvement plans. - Mentor and motivate project teams to achieve optimal performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within web development or e-commerce environments. Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience managing web development projects end-to-end. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Hands-on experience with Shopify store management. Primary Skills: - Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, CMS platforms). - Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday). - Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience in budget management and resource allocation. Secondary Skills: - Good understanding of e-commerce industry trends and terminologies. - Experience drafting proposals, preparing progress reports, and conducting stakeholder presentations. - Familiarity with tools for generating project documentation and tracking KPIs. - Capability to coach, mentor, and guide team members for optimal delivery.,
