Job Description

You should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance. This includes providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the team. Your role will involve leading projects from requirements definition through deployment. This will require you to identify schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies. It will be your responsibility to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. You will also need to analyze project status regularly and be prepared to revise the scope, schedule, or budget when necessary to ensure that project requirements can be met. Additionally, establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders will be crucial. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day updates on project status and any changes that may arise.
