1. Understanding the current gaps and Business requirements which should be fulfilled with Digital initiatives.
2. Identifying and mapping all digital initiatives as part of the Digital transformation journey for the Business.
3. Breaking down all initiatives into Digital projects with clear deliverables, timelines and budgets.
4. Aligning the top management and getting sign off on Deliverables, Budgets, Timelines and project priorities.
5. Aligning with internal digital platform / IT teams for data requirements, reports and other requirements.
6. Identifying external digital partners suitable for each project streams with the help of internal teams and management.
7.Negotiation with external partners on cost, timelines and deliverables.
8. Managing deliverables and timelines with all stakeholders towards project completion.
9. Regular communication and coordination with all stakeholders towards project deliverables and reports.
