Project Manager with an architectural background

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from design coordination to final handover
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors
  
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution plans
  
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and timelines
  
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and statutory approvals
  
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
  
• Handle client communication, progress reporting, and meetings
  
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and procurement coordination
  
• Identify risks and resolve site, design, or execution challenges proactively
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Architecture (B.Arch)

• Master’s degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage
  

Experience

• Minimum

  5–10 years

  of experience in construction / real estate projects
• Proven experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction detailing
  
• Project planning and execution management
  
• Cost control, billing coordination, and budget monitoring
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Project / Primavera / Excel / ERP tools

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
