Project Manager cum Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and support. This includes conducting requirements elicitation, preparing detailed documentation, managing feature prioritization, and leading projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams, perform data analysis, create visual assets to communicate ideas effectively, and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, and delivery. - Conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder analysis. - Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for development teams. - Perform process reengineering and workflow analysis. - Manage feature prioritization using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, and Kano. - Lead projects following Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations. - Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel. - Create wireframes, mockups, and process diagrams. - Use JIRA for project tracking, backlog management, and reporting. - Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment. - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience. - Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis. - Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. - EdTech domain experience is highly preferred.,
