Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management: Drive multiple concurrent projects and POCs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Collaboration with Technical Manager: Work closely with technical managers to scope projects, build estimates, and create wireframes for pre-sales and delivery.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted interface with senior management and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and status updates.

Process Orientation: Establish and enforce best practices, ensuring repeatability, scalability, and accountability across all projects.

Artifact Creation: Leverage tools like ChatGPT to quickly create project artifacts (plans, documentation, proposals, estimates).

Tool Mastery: Run projects using Jira and related project management tools, with a focus on transparency and efficiency.

Mentorship: Mentor and nurture team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

Communication: Communicate effectivelyverbally and in writingwith team members, leadership, and customers.

Required Skills & Experience

4-7 years of project management experience, preferably in technology-driven organizations.

Strong track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience with Jira (or similar tools) for project planning, tracking, and reporting.

Comfortable using ChatGPT/GenAI tools for documentation, estimation, and communication efficiency.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong process orientationdemonstrated ability to structure workflows, enforce discipline, and improve delivery pipelines.

Team player who can balance mentoring with accountability.

Hands-on, no-attitude, ownership-driven personalitygets the job done under any circumstance.
