Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Oversee vendor management, billing, and contract administration.
Drive project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
6 to 12 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
PMP / Prince2 certification preferred.
