Project Manager Construction (Government Projects)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver government construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Manage on-site operations, contractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards as per government norms.
  • Coordinate with government departments, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare project reports, schedules, BOQ, and cost estimations.
  • Handle tender processes and ensure adherence to government contract terms.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:

    Minimum [X years] of experience in government construction projects (PWD, CPWD, PSU, NPCIL, GAIL or similar).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of government project tendering and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
