Job Description

Project Manager Construction (Government Projects)

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver government construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
Manage on-site operations, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards as per government norms.
Coordinate with government departments, architects, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Prepare project reports, schedules, BOQ, and cost estimations.
Handle tender processes and ensure adherence to government contract terms.

Requirements:

Mandatory:
Minimum [X years] of experience in government construction projects (PWD, CPWD, PSU, NPCIL, GAIL or similar).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of government project tendering and compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
