Project Manager - Computer-Based Self-Learning Training Program

The Dabhoi Community Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to uplifting the underprivileged in Dabhoi, Gujarat, and its surrounding areas. Collaborating with trusted NGO partners, we fund high-impact projects that empower individuals, nurture self-confidence, and advocate for respect across disadvantaged communities and financially constrained families, regardless of religion or caste. We are currently looking for a dynamic and seasoned Project Manager/Leader to spearhead the implementation of our Computer-Based Self-Learning Training Program for rural area students in and around Dabhoi. With access to over 150 computers, our objective is to educate students on grade-based curriculum subjects and computer skills through cutting-edge self-learning techniques utilizing AI-driven tools. Key Responsibilities: - Devise, coordinate, and execute the Computer-Based Self-Training Program across multiple rural locations in the vicinity of Dabhoi. - Incorporate AI-based learning solutions to enrich subject teaching and promote digital literacy. - Monitor and assess student advancement, furnishing regular progress reports to DCF leadership. - Conduct training sessions for educators on the effective utilization of AI tools and digital platforms. - Address technical issues and collaborate with IT support when necessary. - Cultivate strong community relationships to foster participation and backing for the program. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree (Education, Technology, or related field preferred). - Demonstrated expertise in technology integration in education, particularly in AI-based learning environments. - Previous experience in implementing educational initiatives for rural or village students. - Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with teachers, students, and community stakeholders. - Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving proficiencies. - Ability to work autonomously and oversee multiple school sites effectively.
