Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the deployment of Computer based self-learning systems for computer literacy across targeted rural schools using some AI capabilities. Oversee technology installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance. Train facilitators/teachers on using Computer(AI) learning tools effectively. Monitor progress using AI analytics dashboards to improve learning outcomes. Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues quickly. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or leadership, preferably in education or technology. Familiarity with e-learning platforms. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; English proficiency is an advantage. Preferred Skills Experience working in rural education programs. Organize training sessions for teachers on using AI tools and digital platforms effectively. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT support as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct a needs assessment for elder care among underprivileged communities in and around the Kalyani Devi area. Map existing elder care facilities, services, and resources available locally. Identify gaps, challenges, and unmet needs in providing quality elder care. Engage with elders, families, local organizations, and healthcare providers. Provide regular updates and reports to the project sponsor. Develop a recommendation plan for future elder care initiatives based on findings. Qualifications Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent required.
