Job Description

You have a great opportunity to join as a Construction/Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in the construction industry. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of High-Rise residential buildings, Villas, and Commercial buildings with a focus on Mivan/ Aluminium form work shuttering. Your qualifications should include a Bachelors degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Additionally, you should have completed one or two residential projects from start to handing over, be comfortable reading blueprints, and possess demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and controlling costs, as well as a high degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.,
