Project Manager CIVIL (PEB)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to handle execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The role involves managing civil works, coordinating with design and erection teams, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage civil works for PEB projects (foundations, RCC, flooring, drainage).
• Supervise site activities, contractors, and engineers.
• Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Handle billing, BOQs, and site documentation.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 8–12 years overall experience
• 4–6 years in PEB / Industrial / Warehouse projects

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of PEB civil works
• MS Project / Primavera, MS Office
• Good communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
