Job Title: Project Manager-High rise building
Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
- 18-20 years of experience in construction project management
- 5-6 years of experience managing high-rise building projects (USD 100 million or above)
- Experience working with international consultants and project management companies
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from commencement to completion within time and cost
- Oversee technical and commercial aspects of projects
- Lead a team of construction professionals
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- High-rise building project experience essential
