Project Manager Civil (Interior Fit-Out)

As an experienced Project Manager (Civil), you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the site execution of civil and interior fit-out works at multiple locations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely handovers. You will work closely with architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities effectively. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and interpreting working drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical documents, as well as monitoring quality control, material planning, and safety compliance. You will be required to maintain detailed project schedules, track timelines, and ensure on-time delivery while reporting progress, issues, and site updates to senior management. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and possess extensive experience in managing interior fit-out and civil construction projects. A deep understanding of materials, execution methods, and interior detailing is essential, along with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Your strong communication, leadership, and team management skills will be critical in driving the project forward successfully.
