We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the Partner who can bring order to chaos, think two steps ahead, and help the leadership function at peak efficiency. 📍Location: Gurugram 🕒 Work Mode: Full-time, On-site 🎯 Experience: 2–5 years Salary- 20-25k Key Responsibilities: Manage the Partner’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics Organize internal and client meetings, site visits, and documentation Act as a communication bridge between the Partner and internal teams/clients Maintain confidential records, project files, and correspondence Assist with project follow-ups, vendor coordination, and client updates Support in research, presentations, and tender documentation as needed What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High level of discretion and trustworthiness Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; knowledge of design software is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Us?
