Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage civil infrastructure projects, including road construction, thermal power plant construction, real estate development, and sub-station projects at our site in Chapra, Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects, managing client relationships, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of civil infrastructure projects.

•

Direct interaction with clients, providing regular progress updates and reporting.

•

Manage sub-contractors, including billing, coordination, and work verification.

•

Preparation and verification of running and final project bills.

•

Oversee on-site resource allocation and material management.

•

Efficient labour management to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

•

Implement and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards on-site.

Qualifications & Experience:

•

Mandatory: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

•

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

•

Strong command over project planning, billing, and execution processes.

•

Proven leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
