Job Summary:

Project Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end civil construction projects.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and review construction activities.
Manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, progress reports, and approvals.
Track project costs, control expenses, and report variances.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective measures.
Lead project meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and provide progress updates.
Ensure statutory and environmental compliance at all stages of the project.
