Job Description

Project Supervisor Civil

Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site civil construction and interior finishing work.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of the project.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and resolve site-related issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Manage site inventory and requisition of materials.
Conduct quality checks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in interior layout planning, measurement verification, and finishing schedules.
Support in cost control, material optimization, and work planning.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and interior finishes (tiles, paint, POP, ceiling, woodwork, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, interior).
Good coordination and communication skills.
Knowledge of project scheduling and material planning.
Familiarity with site safety and labor management.
