Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance on networking and virtualization solutions.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure design integrity.
Review technical deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Team Management:

Mentor and guide development teams.
Foster collaboration between engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of
Networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SDN)
.
Hands-on experience with
Virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)
.
Familiarity with
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Development Background:

Proficiency in programming languages such as
C/C++, Java, or Python
.
Experience in developing or integrating networking/virtualization solutions.

Project Management Skills:

Proven experience in
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
Strong understanding of
SDLC
and DevOps practices.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
