Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a hybrid PM/BA, driving both project delivery and business analysis activities.
Lead end-to-end delivery of initiatives within
Unsecured Lending
and
Retail Banking
domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to define project scope, requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Manage governance forums, prepare concise status updates, and ensure timely risk/issue management.
Drive
digital transformation initiatives
, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and customer experience goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in
Project Management and Business Analysis
within BFSI (Banking & Financial Services).
Strong background in
Unsecured Lending products
and good exposure to
retail banking
journeys.
Hands-on experience with
Agile methodologies
, JIRA, Confluence, and related delivery tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in driving
Digital Transformation projects
is highly preferred.
Ability to work in complex, global delivery environments.
