Position Title: Project Manager – BLT (Metro)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 15+ Years (Minimum 10 years in BLT Track work for Metro Rail projects)
CTC: ₹35 – 40 Lakh

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager – BLT (Ballastless Track) to lead Metro Rail infrastructure projects in Chennai. The candidate must have deep expertise in BLT track construction for metro systems, excellent project management skills, and a strong record of successful delivery of large-scale metro projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of BLT track works for metro rail projects.
• Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to metro-specific technical standards, safety norms, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with metro authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the project execution teams.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of total experience in civil engineering projects.
• 10+ years of mandatory experience in BLT track works for Metro Rail projects.
• Proven expertise in track laying, alignment, and ballastless track installation for metro systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with focus on cost, time, and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in multiple Indian or international metro projects is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹673,721.14 - ₹2,150,552.62 per year
