Role Overview

Project Manager – BIM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM projects for U.S. residential/light commercial wood-frame structures.
• Directly

  communicate with U.S. clients

  and act as their primary project contact.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a

  team of BIM modelers and engineers

  .
• Ensure BIM models meet U.S. construction codes and project deliverables (LOD 200–400).
• Oversee project schedules, resources, and quality to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct

  coordination, and documentation

  in Revit/Navisworks/BIM 360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil/Architecture

• 5–7 years’ experience

  in BIM project management with proven knowledge of U.S. wood-frame construction.
• Strong proficiency in

  Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360

  .
• Excellent leadership, client-handling, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modular/prefabricated construction.
• Familiarity with codes and structural detailing for wood systems.
