PROJECT MANAGER BIM

Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP)  Provide technical guidance and training to project teams on BIM tools and best practices·        Knowledge of 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration ·        Coordination and visualization expertise BIM Models (LOD 200400 as per project phase)·        BIM Execution Plan & Quality Reports ·        Clash Detection & Coordination Reports responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects·        Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards·        Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations·        Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and fostering continuous learning within the team·        Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software Coordinate with design and site teams for smooth execution of BIM processes Proficient in preparing detailed BIM models, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) parameters Liaison capability between clients, management, and the team
