Tasks and required skill sets:

Manage and coordinate a complex construction project across all project phases

• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in close

collaboration with the Overall Project Manager

• Implement and advance Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies for

digital project management

• Model construction elements using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Archicad, Allplan) for

integration into planning tools and simulations

• Facilitate communication and coordination between architects, engineers,

consultants, and contractors

• Conduct model checks, clash detections, and simulations to optimize planning and

execution

• Prepare regular project reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Overall

Project Manager and the Managing Director

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies

• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of a high-profile relocation project,

ensuring seamless integration of construction, logistics, and operational requirements
