Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; define scope, deliverables, and milestones in line with business objectives.

- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement change control processes when scope, timelines, or costs are impacted.

- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies through regular reports and reviews with stakeholders and management.

- Maintain project documentation (charter, plans, status reports) and provide regular updates to management and clients.

- Monitor project performance using appropriate KPIs and conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement actions.

  • Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; BBA or MBA with IT/Operations/Project Management specialization preferred.

- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience managing projects or leading workstreams, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
