Project Manager

Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects. Manage project resources (people, material and tools) Includes stakeholder coordination, budget control, billing assurance, quality control, compliances and timely delivery of projects. Define the project plans, budgets and timelines for deliverables. Build, lead and mentor project teams to perform in line with project plans. Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors and Management. Communicate progress, risks and solutions to all the stakeholders. Monitor and control project budgets to meet project profitability. Ensure timely invoicing to achieve collection targets. Identify cost saving opportunities without compromise on quality or time. 25% of the work time includes travel. A qualified civil engineer having 15 Years of experience handling civil and interior works, with 2 years in a project management role.
