Description
As a Project Manager at Salescom Services Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leading, planning, and managing ASP.NET web and related automation software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate teams and vendors, facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure accurate project documentation, drive team productivity, conduct post-project evaluations, and uphold coding standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, plan, and manage ASP.NET web and related automation software development projects. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, review project scope documentation, set realistic end-dates, and prioritize tasks. - Communicate confidently with stakeholders and CX-level customers, coordinate teams and vendors, and facilitate Agile ceremonies. - Ensure accurate project documentation, monitor performance, and provide progress reports. - Drive team productivity, oversee task assignment, track ROI, and foster a collaborative team culture. - Conduct post-project evaluations, review deliverables for compliance, manage project risks and scope changes, and uphold coding standards. - Promote a high-performing team culture based on trust, performance, and earned leadership insight. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience leading software development projects, ideally within ASP.NET technologies. - Strong technical proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the MVC architecture. - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills. - Proficiency in project and version control tools such as JIRA, GitHub, TFS, or MS Project.
