Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manager Projects at Aretto, you will lead the end-to-end execution of our retail infrastructure projectsfrom sign-off to handover. You'll ensure every store is built to spec, timelines are met, costs are optimized, and vendors deliver with quality. In this fast-paced role, you’ll juggle planning, coordination, negotiation, and execution to bring our retail presence to life—because creating great spaces means managing every detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Management: Oversee infrastructure projects to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget delivery. Manage the entire project from sign-off to site handover to the sales team.

2. Vendor Negotiations & Management:

a. Source vendors for store fixtures, displays, and other requirements.

b. Negotiate favorable terms and manage vendor relationships.

c. Monitor vendor performance and quality.

d. Understand material, cost, and work timelines.

3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, vendors, and partners.

4. Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets.

5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports.

6. General Support: As it is a startup, provide support as required to other teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (Project Management preferred but not a limitation for the right candidate)
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail infrastructure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Experience managing multiple projects at once
