Project Manager

Key Skills:

• 1015 years of IT experience with

  strong Project Management background

• Hands-on experience managing projects in

  Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

  and

  Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Good understanding of EBS/Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM or Technical tracks)
  
• Strong experience in

  project planning, estimations, budgeting, risk management & stakeholder management

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end delivery
  
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Excellent client communication, reporting & status tracking skills
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud projects
  
• Lead project planning, requirement gathering, scheduling, resource allocation & execution
  
• Coordinate with functional, technical, DBA & infra teams
  
• Monitor project risks, issues, timelines & deliverables
  
• Ensure on-time deployment, quality, and compliance with project standards
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and support
  
• Prepare project documentation, dashboards & management reports
  

Good to Have:

• PMP / Prince2 certification
  
• Exposure to Cloud Migration / Upgrade projects
