Project Manager - Aerodynamics, Navigation, Guidance & Control Systems

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Aerodynamics and GNC) role based in Trivandrum. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing aerodynamic and guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) projects, coordinating activities related to project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager lead a team of engineers,

1. To design and develop -

a) NGC algorithms for Aerospace vehicles such as Launch Vehicles, Satellites, UAVs, drones, missiles, and projectiles.

b) Mathematical modeling of aerospace subsystems including propulsion, sensors, actuators, aerodynamics, and related systems.

c) Test beds to validate aerospace subsystems, including NGC hardware and flight software.

d) Flight Software using Embedded C MISRA Standards.

2. To oversee -

Simulation and result analysis to validate subsystem models, flight software and hardware.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Experience.

Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink.

Deep Knowledge in flight dynamics, control systems, trajectory design and testbed development.

Strong programming skills in C/C++.

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

B.Tech/M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering

OR

M.Tech in Control Systems.
