Description
Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery of Agile projects focused on manufacturing initiatives, including MES, ERP, IoT, and Smart Factory solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Own and manage project backlogs, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocation. Serve as Scrum Master, promoting Agile best practices across cross-functional teams. Align digital initiatives with manufacturing operations by closely working with IT, operations, and engineering teams. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues as necessary. Monitor key project metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Support change management initiatives and facilitate training during new technology rollouts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field (Masters preferred). 4–7 years of total experience, including a minimum of 4 years managing Agile projects. Demonstrated success delivering manufacturing-focused digital projects (e.g., SAP, MES, PLM, SCADA, IIoT). Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), PMI-ACP, or PMP certification is an added advantage. Proficient with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with exposure to Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid frameworks. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, lean manufacturing principles, and digital transformation trends.
