Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects across domains such as Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI, and Digital Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality commitments are met.
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams within domains such as Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI-driven solutions, and Digital platforms.
• Identify, assess, and manage delivery risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, business leaders, and product teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Operations to drive seamless execution.
• Track delivery metrics, milestones, and KPIs; provide regular status reports and executive-level updates.
• Ensure adherence to Agile / SDLC methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and best practices.
• Support roadmap planning, prioritization, and release management in collaboration with product teams.
• Mentor and guide project/program team members to enhance delivery maturity and performance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management within BFSI and digital transformation initiatives.
• Domain exposure to Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI, and Digital Products.
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (preferred).
• Experience delivering AI/analytics-led or large-scale digital transformation programs.
