Job Description: We are looking for an organized and inspiring Project Management Tutor to conduct offline sessions for school students (age 10–15) in Delhi . The ideal candidate should be skilled in breaking down project workflows into student-friendly modules and helping young learners understand how to plan, manage, and complete projects effectively. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging sessions on the basics of project management tailored to the school-age group. Teach the project life cycle , including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Help students learn how to set clear goals, define deliverables, and create realistic timelines . Introduce tools and techniques for time management, scheduling, and task delegation . Provide students with project planning templates and real-world examples. Encourage students to work on mini-projects to apply learned concepts. Guide classroom discussions on teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving within project settings. Foster organizational skills and accountability among students through structured exercises. Requirements: Master’s degree (mandatory) in Project Management, Business, Operations, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects or teaching project management methodologies. Familiarity with project planning tools and basic scheduling software (e.g., Excel, Trello, Gantt charts). Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills. Experience working with school students in offline environments . Comfortable conducting in-person sessions across school students in Delhi . Passion for helping students develop critical thinking, planning, and collaboration skills.
