Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning,

execution, and delivery of key projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing

timelines, resources, stakeholders, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business goals

and maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial accountability.

• Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

• Conduct project review meetings and post-implementation evaluations.

• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidates:

• 0-2 Years experience from Customer support or email support can apply.
• Strong command of the English language and grammar rules
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Job Title:

Shift Timing (Rotational):

1st Shift: 6.00AM to 2.00PM

2nd Shift: 2.00PM to 9.00PM
