Project Management Officer (Markets Regulatory & Control Portfolio)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support in project governance, milestone tracking, and execution oversight
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and change logs
• Assist with budget and resource tracking, and ensure timely updates and variance analysis
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies across the project portfolio
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate between delivery teams, compliance functions, and governance units
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project support role
• Strong background in project planning, governance, and reporting within financial services or capital markets
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments and trade lifecycle processes
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced setting
