Role Overview We are seeking a Project Management who will oversee and coordinate digital marketing, technology, and branding projects — ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and our operations team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a deep understanding of digital workflows, and the ability to keep projects on track from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams for tech, marketing, and branding projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
• Coordinate activities across development, design, content, and marketing teams.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks or delays.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and regular updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 0 -1 years of proven project management experience, ideally in a digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and branding processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
