Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our Project Management team in planning, executing, and monitoring ongoing projects. This role will provide hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers in day-to-day project coordination and tracking.Prepare project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and presentations.Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.Support in risk management and issue resolution activities.Conduct research and provide inputs for process improvements.Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
