Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for all civil project operations, with a focus on
high-rise construction
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from start to completion
Ensure strict adherence to timelines, cost controls, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Lead large multidisciplinary teams with effective resource deployment and conflict resolution
Implement best practices in project management, documentation, and risk mitigation
Drive performance through proactive leadership, mentoring, and process improvements

Desired Profile:

Extensive experience in
high-rise building construction
is
mandatory
Strong command over project planning, budgeting, contracts, and execution
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple high-value projects
Excellent communication, client handling, and leadership skills
