Project Management Coordinator -Construction (Solar & Wind Projects Only)

The key accountabilities for this role include overall responsibility for successfully delivering Solar PV/Wind/Hybrid projects from Field Engineering to Project Handover. You will be required to provide timely and accurate project performance reporting, ensure compliance with all contractual, Federal, State, and Local regulations, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on-site. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing Quality requirements and managing any local issues that may arise during the project execution. It is essential to manage all stakeholders effectively to ensure the site functions smoothly without affecting the company's reputation. The role also involves overseeing the completion of the site and handing it over for O&M. Overall site management and operational implementation of Quality Control Plan are crucial aspects of this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in the Energy market, preferably in Solar projects. A proven track record in managing construction phases of large power projects, familiarity with construction laws, health and safety regulations, and grid codes are required. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in construction management practices and willing to travel locally. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication in this role.,
