As an IT Project Senior Analyst at our company, you will be a seasoned professional contributing to the development of new techniques and processes within the technology project management area. You will integrate subject matter expertise and industry knowledge to evaluate complex issues, provide leadership within teams, and have a significant impact on project outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate activities of the project team, identify necessary resources, and develop schedules to meet completion deadlines. - Verify project team adherence to control and risk implementations, standards, and process changes. - Determine scope and impact of project risks and issues, and raise and resolve issues. - Apply good understanding of concepts and procedures within own IT project leadership area to resolve issues. - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals. - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations. - Directly impact the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results, contribution to planning, budget management, and formulation of procedures. - Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills, and negotiate with external parties. - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets by driving compliance with laws and regulations. **Qualifications:** - 5-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
