Experience - 3-5 year project maintenance work in API industry
· Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, HVAC systems, water purification units, and cleanroom infrastructure.
· GMP Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with GMP and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, WHO).
· Coordinate calibration of instruments and validation of equipment and systems, including HVAC, clean utilities, and production lines.
· Troubleshooting, and upgrades to maintain automation systems.
· Supervise third-party vendors and ensure they follow safety and GMP protocols
· Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, deviations, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
