Project Lead/Project Manager-Dotnet

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage Agile processes and sprints for a team of 7 to 10 members, specializing in .Net-based projects and product development for Portals and Collaboration. You will be involved in analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing software systems while adhering to business and technical requirements. Your role will also include creating and maintaining functional and technical specifications for the projects, conducting code reviews, application tuning, and optimization. Additionally, you will be responsible for estimation of project proposals, sizing, hardware requirements, costing, onsite and offsite client interactions, and team management. Ensuring project documents are complete and organized in the VSS/Resp Source Code library, identifying resource needs, assigning tasks effectively, enforcing coding standards, and mentoring team members will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, managing interactions with internal and external clients, understanding their needs, setting realistic expectations, and conducting risk/impact analysis for change requests will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Agile processes and sprints for .Net-based projects and product development - Analyze, design, code, and implement software systems - Create and maintain functional and technical specifications - Conduct code reviews, application tuning, and optimization - Estimate project proposals, size projects, determine hardware needs, and costing - Interact with onsite and offsite clients and manage the team effectively - Ensure project documents are complete and organized in the VSS/Resp Source Code library - Identify resource needs and assign tasks to team members - Enforce coding standards and mentor team members - Manage interactions with clients and conduct risk/impact analysis for change requests Qualification Required: - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a Project Lead in an onsite/offshore development company - MCA / MTech / Master in IT or equivalent - Experience in Architecture & Database Designing - Proficiency in .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net, JavaScript, MVC, Web services, and SQL Server - Functional Area Knowledge in E-Commerce, Internet Technologies, Application Development, and Maintenance - Experience in the travel and tourism industry domain is preferred but not mandatory Additional Details: The company values written and verbal communication skills, team leadership, decision-making abilities, stress tolerance, and strong motivational skills in its employees.,
