Project Lead/Project Manager-Dotnet

As a Project Lead, your role involves managing projects in an Agile process & Sprints. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 to 10 members, specializing in .Net-based projects and product development for Portals and Collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing software systems while adhering to business and technical requirements. Additionally, you will create and maintain functional and technical specifications, conduct code reviews, application tuning, and optimization. Your qualifications should include 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years as a Project Lead in an onsite/offshore development company. You should hold a degree in MCA, MTech, Master in IT, or equivalent. Experience in Architecture & Database Designing, along with proficiency in .Net/C#/ASP.Net/ADO.Net, JavaScript, MVC, Web services, and SQL Server is required. Knowledge in Functional Areas such as E-Commerce, Internet Technologies, Application Development, and Maintenance is essential. While experience in the travel and tourism industry domain is preferred, it is not mandatory. In this role, you will need to possess strong competencies in written and verbal communication, team leadership, decision-making, stress tolerance, and motivational skills. Your ability to enforce coding standards, mentor team members, manage client interactions, and deliver tailored solutions will be crucial for the success of the projects.,
