Job Description

Role Project Leader (Operation)

Mission:

The focus is fostering the productivity, SLA, quality and customers relationship. And, manages workforces in a way that encourages the team, cooperate, improve the productivity and efficiencies towards organization vision and values.

Outcomes:

Supervise a team of staff to ensure they provide a high-quality service by giving staff direction, ensuring availability of staff to cover absences, assisting staff to improve their performance, identifying training and other staff development needs and providing training where appropriate, resolving conflict and providing advice and assistance to staff

Customer segment

Error free outputs (High quality of product and process)

Delivering output within the committed SLA (Lean delivery time)

Improving customer retention by adding features and benefits

Minimizing risks and challenges through effective communication and efficient services

New opportunity and developments by acquiring client obsession consistently

Financial

Decrease production cost by improving process efficiencies

Improving revenue per employee (RPE) on user based performances

Improving gross profit % by effective project management

Internal processes

Improving process efficiencies by reducing manual efforts

Minimize the lead and lag time through effective execution

TE vs. TU improvement on each project

Showing good benefits through KCY projects

Grassroot initiatives from team by consistent motivation

Arrive the good results through KPI Line-up

Adhering ISO / ISMS procedures on each activity

Organization capacity (Self-development Scaling-up)

Highly capable individual by improving knowledge and skills

Competent Manager in the industry by improving project-wise technology

Being an effective communicator by improving a business communication (written & oral)

Expected Qualification and

Qualification: Bachelors/Masters of any degree.

Experience: 5+ Years of experience overall in the publishing industry (minimum 3 years experiences in production management)

Soft skills: Excellent Communication skills, Leadership Skills, Creativity Skills, Decision Making Skills, Analytical skill, Project and process development skills (PMP training / certification is preferred)
