1.Enable Project Team with Scope, Schedule, GFC drawings, Vendors.
2. Make sure schedule is on track.3. Manage execution quality standards.4. Manage vendor & payments.5. Change Management.6. Ensure Customer Satisfaction.7. Optimise work commercials.8. Budget sign off.
