Project Lead - SAP Master Data Governance

As a Project Lead specialized in SAP Master Data Governance, your role will involve overseeing the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of small or less complex projects related to SAP Master Data Governance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, production support, and maintenance activities of SAP Master Data Governance projects. - Ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes. - Act as the primary interface with customers, addressing issues proactively to prevent escalations. - Create functional and technical specification documents. - Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure. - Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. - Drive continuous improvement within the delivery team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Assist the Project Manager in Risk Management and participate in quality reviews to ensure compliance with quality norms. - Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and adherence to defined timelines. - Draft initial charter and project plan, review functional and technical specification documents. - Monitor and analyze project control metrics, and consolidate project status reports across all modules. - Lead activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including reuse, accuracy, and efficiency. - Serve as the single point of contact for the project team to project stakeholders. - Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates. - Provide application production support as per the process/RACI Matrix. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in drafting project charters, plans, and technical specification documents. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively. - Familiarity with Software Quality Processes and compliance standards. - Experience in application production support and adherence to process frameworks like RACI.,
