Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring Tooling Sales Plan Vs Actual

Project management

Handhold the projects for timely completion.
Prepare & Ensure project kick off with CFT (cross function team).
Resources planning as per PID (project input data).
Make internal CFT for projects allocation.
Prepare the time plan & ensure the execution as per customers timelines/ milestones.
Weekly interaction with customers for projects status update.
Ensure weekly review with internal CFT.
Monitoring the open points for projects.
Internal & Customers PPAP (Part production approval process) completion.
Initial project handover to operation teams.
Monitoring for 3 months of Safe Launch (E.g. rejection %, no customer complaints, ensure 100% delivery to customers, Monitor for SPC (Statistical process control), Production efficiency monitoring, Monitoring COPQ (Cost of poor quality) as per targets.
Final projects handover to Operation teams.

As per customers requirement monitoring of ECN (Engineering change note) as per define process.
