We are seeking experienced Project Leads to join our SAP ECS – Enterprise Cloud Services team. This role involves managing end-to-end customer onboarding & migration projects into the SAP GCE Private Cloud, including Greenfield & Brownfield migrations. As the primary point of contact, you’ll drive customer satisfaction, ensure smooth delivery, and coordinate across internal teams, hyperscalers, and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between ECS & customer stakeholders.
• Manage sales-to-deliver (S2D) handovers to kickstart new projects.
• Plan, coordinate & execute migration & upgrade projects.
• Conduct Greenfield & Brownfield migrations (min. 1 year ECS exp. required).
• Lead stand-up/project meetings ensuring alignment & clear communication.
• Track current project phases & prepare subsequent phases.
• Plan & prepare production upgrades (schedules, fallback, downtime).
• Manage overall progress, documentation, issue resolution & stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• 1+ year Project Lead experience in ECS with Brownfield migration exposure.
• Strong technical background in migration & upgrades.
• Proven orchestration & customer-facing expertise in enterprise projects.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, hyperscalers & global partners
