Cloud Technologies : Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Openstack and Kubernetes , or other cloud platforms for scalable and secure deployments. DevOps & CI/CD : Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes , etc. Microservices Architecture : Experience in designing and managing microservices-based systems. Technical Mentorship : Ability to guide and mentor junior developers and engineers. Code Reviews & Best Practices : Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainability . Collaboration : Work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, product managers, and stakeholders . Requirement Analysis : Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions . Project Planning : Ability to break down projects , estimate timelines, and manage sprint backlogs. Stakeholder Communication : Clear communication with project managers, clients, and executives . Risk Management : Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation strategies .
